first, plone looks too complicated for small business.
Second drupal is better structure, and joomla better function.

ON JUNE 29 Spoornet Chief Executive Officer Zandile Jakavula formally took delivery of South Africa’s first high-tech Infrastructure Measuring Car from Hermann H※ne, Executive Director of Plasserail. Designated IM2000, the vehicle has been developed by Plasserail under a five-year Rs38m contract awarded by Spoornet’s AGM (Infrastructure), Danie Barnard in November 1999.
